Salon Policies

*Punctuality: In assuring you have an efficient and wonderful experience at GLAM, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 minutes

* Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products. Gratuities are welcomed in cash and can also be added to your total services on a credit card.

*A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve all new client appointments.

* Color, Crochet and Extension services require a consultation & $50-$150 deposit when booking.

*Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

**Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $40 to re book.

**“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

**Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a $25 charge.

*The salon does NOT give any refunds. Deposits are non refundable.

* If for any reason a client is dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust and/or reschedule service within three (3) salon days of the original appointment at no additional charge.

* Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the salon for any reason, unless being serviced. Our Styling area is for clients only. No additional guest, unless they are being serviced.

*Tips & Gratuities are appreciated.

* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
